Journal of Materials Research Communications

Indexing & Abstracting

JMRC is committed to making its articles easy to discover, cite and preserve. This page reports the journal's indexing status accurately and is updated whenever that status changes.

JMRC is a new journal and is not yet indexed in DOAJ, Scopus or Web of Science. The journal will apply to these databases once it meets their eligibility requirements, which include a record of regular publication. JMRC will never claim coverage by a database that has not accepted it.

How we meet indexing standards

The journal's policies and workflows follow the published selection criteria of DOAJ, Scopus and Web of Science:

  • Clear, publicly available policies on peer review, publication ethics, open access, copyright and licensing and fees.
  • An identifiable editorial board, listed with full names, affiliations and countries.
  • A stated publishing schedule that is followed consistently.
  • English titles, abstracts and keywords, and references in Roman script, for every article.
  • Complete, machine-readable article metadata, including author affiliations, funding and licence information.
  • Long-term preservation of all published content.

For librarians and indexers

Metadata for all published articles can be harvested from the OAI-PMH endpoint linked in the footer of every page. For any other information needed to index the journal, please contact the editorial office at editor@jmrconline.com.
